Terms of Use for Cryptogram

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cryptogram, a mobile game developed and published by Sira. By downloading, installing or using Cryptogram, you agree to these Terms.

Using Cryptogram

Sira grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Cryptogram for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the application except where permitted by law;
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of the application or its services;
• attempt to circumvent purchase, advertising, progression or entitlement systems;
• use the application for unlawful purposes; or
• misuse Cryptogram in a way that could harm Sira, other users or third-party services.

Game Progress

Cryptogram may store game progress locally on your device. Sira does not guarantee that locally stored progress can be recovered after the application is removed, application data is cleared, the device is lost or damaged, or the operating system modifies application storage.

Lives, Hints and Game Items

Cryptogram may provide virtual game items such as lives and hints. These items:

• exist only within Cryptogram;
• have no monetary value outside the application;
• cannot be exchanged for cash; and
• may be subject to gameplay rules described within the application.

Sira may adjust gameplay balancing, rewards and progression systems as the game evolves.

Advertising

Cryptogram may display advertisements. Some optional features or rewards may be offered in exchange for watching an advertisement. Availability of advertisements is not guaranteed. Advertising may depend on your location, network connection, privacy choices and advertising-provider availability.

In-App Purchases

Cryptogram may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the store through which you obtained Cryptogram. Pricing, billing, refunds and payment processing are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable platform, including Google Play or Apple's App Store. Virtual items purchased through the application do not represent stored monetary value.

Literary Quotations

Cryptogram includes quotations and references to literary works as part of its puzzles. Rights in underlying literary works, authors' names, book titles or other material remain with their respective rights holders where applicable. The appearance of a work, author or title in Cryptogram does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with Sira.

Sira Intellectual Property

Cryptogram itself, including its software, interface, visual design, branding, game systems, graphics and other original materials created for the application, is owned by or licensed to Sira and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-Party Services

Cryptogram may rely on third-party services for features such as advertising, payments and distribution. Your use of those services may also be governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add or remove features from Cryptogram from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the application will operate without interruption or errors.

Disclaimer

Cryptogram is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Sira does not make guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sira will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use Cryptogram. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Cryptogram at any time by uninstalling it. Sira may restrict access to parts of the application where reasonably necessary to protect the application, comply with law, prevent abuse or enforce these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Cryptogram or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Cryptogram after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise.
